  • The client agrees to pay all fees and charges as outlined in the agreement between the client and Surfwave.
  • The client is responsible for ensuring that all content uploaded to the website complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
  • Surfwave retains ownership of all intellectual property rights related to the design, development, and functionality of the website.
  • The client owns all content provided by them for the website.
5. Limitation of Liability

Surfwave shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the services. 

6. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Surfwave from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the client's use of the website or any content uploaded to the website.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, Surfwave will provide the client with access to all website files and data.

8. Modifications

Surfwave reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

9. Transactions and Payment terms (For owned and managed websites by Surfwave)

Overview

Surfwave Holding LTD (Surfwave) utilizes Stripe as its primary payment processor for all e-commerce websites managed or owned by the company. This payment terms outline the payment process for customers purchasing products or services through these websites.

Payment Methods

Surfwave accepts a variety of payment methods through Stripe, including but not limited to:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • Debit cards
  • Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
  • Other payment methods as supported by Stripe

Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed through Stripe's secure payment gateway.
  • Upon order completion, customers will be redirected to Stripe's payment page to securely enter their payment information.
  • Once payment is confirmed, Surfwave will process the order and initiate fulfillment or service delivery.

Payment Security

  • Surfwave prioritizes payment security. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe, adhering to industry-standard encryption protocols.
  • Surfwave does not store any sensitive payment information.

Chargebacks and Disputes

  • Surfwave will cooperate with Stripe to resolve any chargebacks or disputes initiated by customers.
  • Customers are encouraged to contact Surfwave customer support for any issues before initiating a chargeback.
  • In case of fraudulent charges, Surfwave will work with Stripe to investigate and take necessary actions.

Taxes

  • Applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT, etc.) will be calculated and added to the order total based on the customer's shipping address.
  • Tax calculations are handled by Stripe based on the provided information.

Refunds

  • Refund policies vary based on the specific product or service.
  • Refund requests should be directed to Surfwave customer support.
  • If eligible for a refund, Surfwave will initiate the refund through Stripe, and the customer will receive a credit to their original payment method.

  • By placing an order, customers agree to these payment terms and authorize Surfwave to charge their payment method for the order total.
